The ANC and South African Government are Communists. They need to control everything, including the private sector. Such idea will be entertained, but it will come with too many restrictions, dirty hands, deep pockets and corrupt cadres. Eventually, this will not work in South Africa under the regimes currently available. Just a wet dream.
