A site to compare hosting deals?

Okay this is linked to two previous posts of mine (one here and a very similar one in the adsl sub forum)

Is there a site that can compare the different hosting deals available in the country alongside some "popular" international alternatives (like bluehost and digitalocean)?

My site unfortunately only lists South African hosts. However you can find one that does international hosts and then compare them.
