Apparently, if you connect for the 1st day of the month (with your 3 gig at zero) you can download more than 3 gig for that day, and when you have to disconnect (the 24 hour thing) and the 24 hours is at midnight, only after midnight do you get capped by telkom?

a tip from someone I know is to disconnect and reconnect before THEY disconnect you (like at 20 hours or so) and then you'd have ANOTHER 24 hour window period without being capped.

Now, assuming it's true, that you can download whatever within a 24 hour period and not be capped, why not get 31 users to share each others accounts?

Log in with account #1 on the first day and everyone download on that account, #2 account on 2nd day and so forth, that way, no one (no not me) would be capped, EVER.... what do you guys think?

I think this probably won't work as (I imagine) they limit the number of concurrent connections per login to 1.

or 4 concurrent connection on prolog plus.

Interesting idea though, but Telscum probably would have thought of it, me thinks. Seeing they knew that people were not going to liek their crap ... I mean cap idea.[:(!]
