Shortage of doctors during a pandemic is a problem the world over...
Over and above that, many are just outright leaving. You don't just replace someone with 13 years of studying under the belt.

Don't we know this already? The human resource and experience drain is evident, and some sectors are having it terrible without the adequate problem-solving power.

ANC says that is not a problem, locals can take their place.

Yeah, right !!!

ANC also thinks cadres can do any job. Well, we have seen what happens when you place incompetent people in skilled jobs. For example Eskom, PRASA, SAA, SANRAL, Post Office, etc, etc, etc.

Most of our government employees only use doctors for when their annual leave of 22 days is up. Since that is the case, government decided that they dont want doctors, as Sangomas can do that as well. African Solutions.

Viva ANC.

You can tell somebody jumping out of a plane is not a good idea. But if they dont listen, the consequences is on the person.

The ANC is like an untrained pilot flying a plane, telling eveyone onboard, they got it under control, meanwhile, one engine fell off, another one is not working and the plane in a tailspin.

At this point, its just a matter of when we crash, not if we crash.

Shortage of doctors? I am sure Cuba can hook us up with a few hundred doctors

Yeah about that, I doubt that those Cuban Doctors are even at B Cur (nursing degree) level.

We can always go to Russia or Singapore, as the ANC top brass do. I'm sure that the health service will pay all costs ! /s
