After reading these threads I am wondering if there isnt an issue on the router, like overheating etc

I see it has a massive heat sink on the base

Out of interest, is your router outside or inside, is it ever in the sun etc

Pitty there arent detailed logs to see what it says when the signal is lost

Would be interesting to see if everyone having the signal disconnection problems is using the new inside/outside routers, or some using the original indoor only routers

Mine is the N5368X (Outdoor unit) which is inside behind a south-facing window so no sunlight.
Performed fine when it was 28C in my house in Summer. This morning when it gave issues it was 19c in the room.

Tower is 500m away.
Technicians did test it on the roof and the same issue was up there.

So after an afternoon of pitiful internet, I decided to put the router on the roof.

One of the best 5G signal stats I have ever seen (-67dBm intensity, 21dB quality)....
And one of the worst speeds, 0.73Mbps as it switches to Unknown 5G yet again.

This time it was on another cell ID (I've seen 3 over the last month and each one has had this issue so its not an issue specific to one tower).

did you do the test while on lan or wifi?
I only test on Lan you sound just like the rain team wifi fast enough to do a 30mb speed test up and down so dose it really matter??

The fact of it is that the you can watch the 5g signal come can go while you blink.
