ABSA getting desperate

FNB. They were great. After one phone call, I had a rather attractive business consultant come around to my house and fill in all the details right there and then, without so much as asking me for two pennies. Maybe this has changed now, but it was great at the time.

She even phoned me with with my account details, my Internet Banking login details, and I was sorted. Now, that is service.
 
Was helping a colleague with ABSA internet banking a few weeks ago - I'm too used to my FNB internet banking - ABSA's didn't seem particularly user friendly at all.

ABSA UI is ****e, to say the least (I also help some of my clients with these things).
