I wonder if there is any correlation available between announcement of a "BEE" (aka shares to ANC cadres) scheme and the share price, up or down. Mostly down I imagine as the empowerment plan is likely an unrecoverable and unproductive cost. Well, unless you get Cyril on board to deal with pesky striking miners.
