ABSA Online buying

Hello all

I kinda had it now and want too kill someone in ABSA.

I recently tried too purchase something online with my cheque card then it said my card cannot be verified, etc. So I phoned ABSA and they said I have a seeker block, or something like that, I need too bring a proof of address to verify it then they will unblock it.

I did that today and when I tried tonight again I still have the same issues and everytime I phone ABSA they send me in a loop saying phone this number then those people say phone this number.

Anyone with an ABSA cheque account that can help me on how too buy something with the dam card?

does your cheque card have your name engraved to it?

when i was with absa they just gave me debit mastercard for my cheque account , which did not work online , apparently need to pay extra for visa one with name engraved on it , which works online.
