ABSA to pay customers millions after overcharging on credit cards

Hmm. wonder if this applies to Virgin credit cards that is administered by ABSA.
 
I raised my interest rate not being inline with the credit agreement I signed with them in 2011, and the interest being calculated incorrectly, they point blank refused to fix it.
 
Surprised they're even bothering with this - suddenly feel a bout of guilt, ABSA ?

They had no issue pushing up their monthly admin fee on (the basic one, not gold) credit card from about R19 to over R28, from last year to the current year.

Doubt I'll get money back - closed my accounts, that was the last straw, spent a small fortune moving from the vile company.

Only thing left is my RA - and I'm doing the documentation on Sunday.
