A WEEK AGO I SEND THIS MAIL: "Good day,
Can someone please urgently send me info and pics and specs on all your current Laptop and Tablet deals you have? Including deals where the laptop or Tablet is only included as part of a deal. My work colleagues are so impressed with my Telkom Contracts that they urgently want to take out contracts with Telkom.
Thobeko, you are included as one of this mails recipients of this mail, but I don't want a reply from you. Not after the last contract that you sold me with false information which ended in me having to spend a lot of money buying a extra handset cash. I just dont know who to really send this mail to. So please just forward it to someone else who can help me.
Also, when will I get my outstanding SD Card that was out of stock when I got delivery of my Tablet contract deal?"

But like usually the did not reply correctly. One guy from sales told me to go to a store which we dont have. I implied that I will go to another cellphone store and HE WAS FINE WITH THAT! And he work in sales (can you believe that)!!!"

Today I send: "CAN ANYBODY THERE HELP ME WITH THIS REQUEST BELOW WHICH I HAVE SEND A LONG TIME AGO.
THERE IS EVEN MORE GUYS NOW THAT WANTS DEVISES. PLEASE SEND THE INFO ON ALL THE REQUESTED DEVICES. THEY CAN BE THE DEVICE ALONE OR IT CAN BE JUST PART OF A CONTRACT..
THEY WANT:
* SAMSUNG (J AND S SERIES)
- TABLETS THAT ARE VOICE ENABLED
- LAPTOPS, EVEN THE DEVICES WHERE YOU GET THE ROUTER AND/OR PRINTER WITH.
I TRIED TO BE PATIENT WAITING FOR THIS QUOTE. BUT REALLY, ITS LIKE A WEEK SINCE I REQUESTED IT!!!
THERE IS NO TELKOM SHOP NEARBY AND THE CATALOGUE IS NOT ENOUGH. WITH MY 3 CONTRACTS I GOT FROM YOU I FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE SPECIALS THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND THAT SOME STUFF WAS OUT OF STOCK
SO I WANT ONLY WHAT IS AVAILABLE NOW. TIME FRAME: DEALS THAT ARE VALID UNTIL MONTH END.
YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS USELESS.BECAUSE THEY REPLIED SAYING I MUST CHECK ONLINE OR GO TO A STORE. I TOLD HIIM WE DONT HAVE A STORE AND THAT THE ONLINE DEALS ARE SOMETIME OUT OF STOCK AND THAT SOME CONTRACTS ARE NOT ON THERE. I IMPLIED THAT I WILL THEN RATHER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP HERE WHICH IS NOT TELKOM. (WE HAVE VODACOM, CELL C AND MTN). AND HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH THAT. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? IS IT EVEN A SERVICE?
MY RECENT TELKOM MOBILE EXPERIENCE WAS AND STILL IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. IT IS ACTUALLY A PITY THAT MY CO-WORKERS WANT TELKOM MOBILE. BUT BELIEVE ME - I HAVE TRIED TO SELL THEM VODACOM PRODUCTS, BUT ONLY 3 GUYS DID THAT/. THE REST OF THEM WANT TELKOM MOBILE, BUT AT LEAST IT WILL BE THEIR NIGHTMARE. I AM POSTING THIS ON SOME COMPLAINT SITES AS WELL. JUST BECAUSE I AM GATVOL AND SPITEFUL. YOU HAVE MADE MY NAME AN ASS FOR TO LONG NOW."

Plus I had to buy an extra Vodacom handset because I was lied to about what my last contract entails. On that same contract my SD Card was a 8GB but when I was told about the deal the lady told me its a 16GB.

dafuq OP, the emails are a cauldron of mixed issues. Sent several emails, each dealing with one issue.
