Abuse@saix.net....

Does anyone know how they add you to the abuse list, I mean if your IP keeps changing...

Or is it more the case of limiting your telkom isp username?

not sure what you mean, if you mean how do they track down abusers, like other 1st tiers they log ALL IP traffic for a certain period of time. When you report abuse you must give a precise timestamp with the log containing the person's IP (So keeping your clock updated hourly with NTP is a very good idea). They then check your log against theirs and check the persons IP against the login records to tell them who had that IP at the time and then they have your account name which they pass onto the second tier ISP that owns the account who then contact the person in question.

I think your question has been answered. [:D] Even without that IP log that was mentioned, your PC does tend to leave other traces as well if you were a hacker... You need to be extremely clever in order to get away with a clean hack. Stuff like log deletion which is a harrowing process these days... 5 or so years ago it was a lot easier. The protection just keeps on getting bigger and better...
