Hi, I'm typing this now after (as a joke) trying to connect again....

Its seems my account isn't suspended anymore... .but for how long?
 
tradepage had mine up in no time, you knwo what though some people paid for their 1Gb and still havent had the account turned on
 
well seeing as i've stirred and ruffled feathers from Shaun to Dylan to Sasan to their beloved CEO, I'm not suprised. Apparently I am as notorious as TheRodent :D (well he overshadows me a bit)
 
I just wonder if the stir will continue when the dust settles, liek next week... or month or longer. Because nobody is gonna get an answer or change tomorrow, its gonna be a labourious process, and goign to take time and effort, I just hope some of you were pissed off enough to keep at it. Because at the end of the day you'll just be helping the users of iBurst.
 
new software comes into play tonight at midnight, they say it works..... and I believe them (i'm probably naive)
 
well, if it means my account wont be suspended if I use the throttled service as advertised, I will be more than willing to shrug this whole adventure off as "teething problems"

I gave sentech 10 months, I can at least give them another month. My ADSL application is still going in though...
 
That's why I'm raping the connection from now till midnight. Getting 80KB/s...... Liek we already said, we *are* happy to download at a capped speed of 64kbps. If I wasn't satisfied with iBursts cap then I wouldn't have bought the damned modem. Don't they understand that we would rather have 64kbps than NOTHING!!!!!!!
 
yeah but they owe you whatever you paid to get back on the network, they have no right to that money, they forced you to purchase bandwith without any prior agreement or warning.
