I want to transfer a number on my account to my old man , I've provided his ID , bank statements and whatever else and MTN refuses to do the transfer because they state that he has bad cheque conduct yet this same cheque account the debit will be paid from for his number runs a good few thousands a month with no bad cheques and good conduct at every other institution that he deals with.
When I wanted to see someone senior , I got told that no-one is available and that they do not deal with clients.
How then am I supposed to resolve this problem , I've dealt with MTN Walk-In Canal Walk and fine the service on this matter absolutely appalling and it gets worse with each visit.

Who would be good to PM that actually can so something about it in 24 hours , all that needs to be done is it to be approved and loaded on the system , the person who looked at it is now suddenly a banking expert and is refusing to do it.
