I want to transfer a number on my account to my old man , I've provided his ID , bank statements and whatever else and MTN refuses to do the transfer because they state that he has bad cheque conduct yet this same cheque account the debit will be paid from for his number runs a good few thousands a month with no bad cheques and good conduct at every other institution that he deals with.

When I wanted to see someone senior , I got told that no-one is available and that they do not deal with clients.

How then am I supposed to resolve this problem , I've dealt with MTN Walk-In Canal Walk and fine the service on this matter absolutely appalling and it gets worse with each visit.

Who would be good to PM that actually can so something about it in 24 hours , all that needs to be done is it to be approved and loaded on the system , the person who looked at it is now suddenly a banking expert and is refusing to do it.

If I was you, I'd go back and MAKE A SCENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! till someone helped you and someone SENIOR!

I've done it before at a Vodacom shop and man I was treated like a KING till my problem was fixed and even a week after they called me to ask how my phone etc is doing.

Currently fighting with credit vetting department , still at MTN Walk-In Canal Walk giving them a hard time , now they want a ITC report which I've just emailed them infront of them so that we can get this contract on my old man's name.

The idjits are throwing the NCA act at me , the way they do things presidents will change terms and still nothing gets done.
