While I'm officially gatvol of the ongoing stuff-ups @ WBS in general I thought I'd drop a note to actually THANK Marilynne for doing her job ... it's a rare thing , so I believe it should be highlighted
They once again incorrectly debited my account ... big surprise .. but instead of being given an ongoing run-around Marilynne has taken ownership and made an attempt to get is resolved ...
