While I'm officially gatvol of the ongoing stuff-ups @ WBS in general I thought I'd drop a note to actually THANK Marilynne for doing her job ... it's a rare thing , so I believe it should be highlighted :D

They once again incorrectly debited my account ... big surprise .. but instead of being given an ongoing run-around Marilynne has taken ownership and made an attempt to get is resolved ...

Now to just get them to offer the service I'm paying for..... :mad:

The accounts dept at WBS has generally been a very positive experience for me so yes they do deserve credit. I wish their professionalism and enthusiasm could be extended to other parts of the company where it is sorely lacking

Yep, Marilynne is cool!!! Any progress I've made there was because of her.

hehe ... it truly is sad when the best part of a company's service is its accounts department ....

Well I just hope that WBS have cancelled their direct debit on my bank account...

My monthly subscription was supposed to have ended today, arrived home this evening to find that i'm still connected. Have to check my bank account tomorrow.

Generally I have also found the accounts department to be the most helpful and easiest department to get hold of when I needed assistance. I actually stopped calling helpdesk and called accounts and they would put me in contact with someone who could assist immediately.
