I agree with most of what you are saying, but your thinking is fundamentally flawed.
Here's why.

Law/s are essential - society simply cannot function without law/s.
Laws/s dictate what humans are not allowed to do, and punish those that transgress it so as to impose the law/s.
But who determines/dictates the law/s.
Human laws violate human rights - the moment a human (or group of humans) tell another human (or group of humans) what they are not allowed to do, you are (by definition) violating their human rights to do as they please.

So.
Where/how does human rights feature?
Is the whole "human rights" thing not just a load of BS?

Can I please just roll my eyes at your specious argument.

You miss the point. There is no reason for a male to be in a real female room when they have an alternative. I think we would all want a society where it doesn't matter and you can go where you please but until there's a way for that to happen there's the path of least resistance. It also happens that most cases of child sexual abuse are amongst gay men. There's already an abnormality so it's not inconceivable there will be others. Doesn't mean that all gay men are bad but there is a correlation of higher risk. So why would people be comfortable with an inherently male acting like a female sharing a safe space with females?

I am bit late to the party. This week has been hell.

But, after reading all this crap about discrimination, and we shouldn't label people as bad, etc, etc, (which I agree with, but don't think any labels were being applied anywhere here) what about our (as in biological women) right to privacy? These bathrooms don't protect us, as predators will always try their luck. Bathrooms and changing areas give us a space to change, and do our lady things without worrying if men are around. I get that we all have to share more and more spaces, but I don't think it's hard to ask for a space where I can change and shower without worrying if men are around. I also wouldn't want my young daughter to be exposed to any male genitalia (which has been shown to happen) until I am ready to explain the differences to her.

The rule should be simple. Your visible genitalia should match the bathroom you are using. If there are bathrooms with concealed stalls to ensure privacy, and no chance of infringing upon someone else's right to privacy, use whatever bathroom you identify with. Application of common sense is really not that hard.

I'd just go a step further with that right to privacy. I don't really want to see anyone's genitals.

Transgender activist Jessica Yaniv claimed in a video posted to Twitter on Friday that Canadian restaurant New York Fries denied the activist service for being transgender; Yaniv swiftly filed a complaint. However, according to New York Fries, the incident never happened.

"I went to the Pacific Center Mall and I went to New York Fires — and this is gonna be on my next Human Rights complaint — but I asked for some fries and they literally said, 'not for you, sir, you’re transgender,'" Yaniv told The Post Millennial’s Lindsay Shepherd.

"I just called the manager of New York Fries to see if this was true. It's not. The manager witnessed this interaction. All that happened was that Yaniv approached (surprise, surprise) a female Indian cashier, ordered & then left quickly, & Yaniv's mom came & yelled at them," Shepard said in tweet captioning the video.

So this sordid story gets more interesting. There is an overbearing mother behind all of this? That would start to build a little bit of a picture for us.

Could it be that this guy is trolling the whole transgender movement as well as its opponents by taking it to the extreme thereby pointing out silly it can or has become.

I think that someone with a penis talking about having his period is either sharing his strange sense of humour with the world, or should seek psychological help.

Uh until I actually walk out the store without having paid for something, or have done something else clearly criminal like hide the goods under my coat in an attempt to conceal them so I can walk out without paying for them, I haven't done anything wrong. And to assume that I will, until I have, is discriminatory.

Except of course when talking about rape, then all men are trash

Some of the crazy thinking behind #menaretrash:

“Not all men” misses the point every time. It quietens us down, it’s an attempt to shut us up and it has to stop.

Maybe you should be stopped, for falsely labeling people.

And quite frankly, if all you can take away from the Men Are Trash movement is that you personally are not trash, then believe me, you are part of the problem.

There I was, minding my own business by specifically NOT raping women, until I was accused of doing so because someone else with the same sex as me did it.

That said, asserting that #menaretrash is not about singling out individual males and smearing them with the same brush.

Then change the tag to #SOMEmenaretrash

One needs to understand first and foremost that as women, and particularly as feminists, ours is not to deliver our message prettily garnished in a way that is perceived to be more 'palatable' by men. In short, we are not duty-bound to mollycoddle the men who are a part of the very same patriarchal structure against which we are tirelessly fighting.

This is so ****ed up!

Imagine for a moment we declare #RapedWomenWereAskingForIt

But wait, we know NOT ALL women dress like sluts cause they want to get raped, but its ok for us to generalize because some women do.
Yet, don't take it personal, you shouldn't feel singled out you are just part of the demographic who digs gold and twerk for sexual attention.
Sorry for you!

Whomever said women make better leaders haven't encountered these feminazis yet.

Feminazis are the only ones who actually think women make better leaders.

EXCUSE ME!!! But do you THINK you could RE-EDIT your post to show where those quotes came from because I DID NOT SAY ALL OF THAT!

And I am quite sure that you should include the link to the original.
