It does not change your biology assigned at birth as either male or female.

The point of this whole thing is that government and the law needs to stop meddling in private affairs. If I, as a private business owner, want to refuse service to someone for whatever reason, I should not be stopped, even of that reason is based on prejudice (race, sexual identity, religion, whatever). Where this becomes a problem is if I, as a public servant want to do the same thing relating to a public service without good reason - good reason being criminal matters, for example, e.g. if you harrass or threaten me. etc..

Men and women react differently to different medications as well. You'd BETTER be telling your doctor that you are genetically male or female or else you run risks being medicated incorrectly with all the problems that can cause. Gender specific health care beyond your sexual organs is a real thing.

However, there are important biological and behavioural differences between the two genders. They affect manifestation, epidemiology and pathophysiology of many widespread diseases and the approach to health care.

In fact the able minded transgenders are actually capable of realizing that what they are doing is because of chemical imbalances and other issues and that it is not normal per say.

The issue today is that a minority of a minority group is suddenly dictating how the entire world vast majority of people should behave which is complete batshit crazy.
