Here's the problem: transwomen are (mostly, with a few level-headed exceptions) insisting that their bodies are female bodies.
You can't make up the level of unreasonableness.

That is the complication, but am confident that the courts will ultimately, take an objective view. Balancing this persons rights versus that of a women.

You really can't tell a rapist pretending to be a woman who is in the women's shelter or in the changing rooms until it's too late.

um you really don't get the point do you? Its the same reason we don't actually lock up the entire human race because they might do something. We wait until they do do something, then act. We presume people to be innocent, instead of the opposite.

The point is that men are the perpetrators of 90% of sexual assault against women.
It is not a smart idea to allow men who say they have an internal idea that they are women to be allowed into spaces where women and girls are vulnerable.
