The screen, keyboard, or both are broken. Not sure what it would take to fix it. Can't check it out as there is no charger. Don't know the state of the battery either, but assume it won't have done well with sitting in a cupboard for years. The HDD has been formatted so it definitely won't boot. Has a Windows 7 Home Basic license sticker - not sure if it could still be upgraded to Windows 10 for free.
