ACS registration failed - Fibrehoods & Afrihost

Hi Guys

Fibrehoods installed my Fibre line to my unit 2 days ago. Was told to call Afrihost to get online. Nothing works. The router says ONT registration is successful but device ACS registration failed. Afrihost says it's fibrehoods, fibrehoods says it's Afrihost. I'm going nuts trying to resolve this issue. Can anyone help me out? Please?

While this may involve Fibrehoods , the reality is that Afrihost is responsible and should be dealing with Fibrehoods on your behalf. ACS probably stands for Access Control Service, without understanding Fibrehoods network, it's hard to say where the problem lies. But Fibrehoods customer is Afrihost not you and they should resolve the issue.

Do your self a favour and move to a better ISP such as Cool Ideas or Crystal Web.

I've emailed CoolIdeas and cancelled the Afrihost account. Hopefully CISP will get back to me.
