Wonder if anyone can help. My dad is on holiday in the UK and when he arrived today he realised his roaming was not activated (it always used to be, seems when he recently upgraded his contract, roaming may have been deactivated).
Is there anyway I can get it activated for him if I go into an MTN store? Or call the call centre? What documentation would I need?
