Activation of Telkom LTE & Huawei AF23 Sharing Dock

I have been on hold for 38 minutes trying to activate Telkom LTE. Any other options to activate as they are not going to answer the phone. It also took nearly 3 months to finalise the contract and deliver the modem.

I eventually got connected thank you. Is the Huawei AF23 LTE/3G Sharing Dock available to purchase from Telkom? If not is there anything available to be used to create a WiFi hub?
One final question: when I work from home in Kenilworth, Cape Town I have LTE available and successfully connect to 4G (as per the coverage map too) but the connection speed is nearly 7x slower than in my office in Cape Town CBD. How can the speed be so dramatically different?

The only LTE devices that are currently available on our network are: Huawei E3276 LTE USB modem, Huawei E5776 LTE Mi-Fi and the Huawei B593 router. To confirm the speeds we will need both addresses and device used to connect. Please send a PM with both address for your home location and work location. Please also send the affected number, device used as well as the contact number.

I have a dual sim on my iPad 4. My initial account is for LTE via the B593 Huawei LTE router. My iPad however does not pick up LTE.
Has Apple now provided support for Telkom's 2300mhz LTE network? Kindly advise how I activate LTE. THANKS

Not as yet. We are still waiting for the LTE certification process to be fully completed and once that is done a communique will be sent out.
