ADH on S7

My wife need to do a screen replacement on her S7 under the ADH, but the repair center wants a proof of purchase or signed contract. None of which she has kept.

Is there any other way around this?

Get the contract from the SP? Didn't she register on the ADH app when she received the phone

I had mine repaired under ADH in Jan - and they didn't ask me any such questions.

I had registered using the app though.

Can it still be registered now, or was there a time limit to it?
