Adobe elements question

Hey guys,

I want to make a small video for my business, maybe for FB, using some special effects, like something exploding or similar on the logo.
Using Elements, is this difficult?

Do any of you use this software?

I haven't used Elements, but I'm currently using Cyberlink PowerDirector. I find it more than suitable for most needs.

Very feature rich software at an affordable price.

Does it have special effects ? Like for example taking a company logo and making it explode ?

It has lots of special effects, but I haven't gone into detail as to what you can do with then. I'm current using it mainly for editing my helmet cam videos.
