Anyone else get pixellated and blurry images when opening through PSE?

Gallery seems to show them fine - but as soon as I want to edit and open them in PSE, they look like they were taken from a BB camera ... bleh

What phone you using, I just used PS yesterday and it was perfectly perfect.

Degrades the IQ within PSE - but when I save, it's alright
