Adobe sales forecast tops estimates due to strong demand

Adobe Systems Inc., the maker of Photoshop, gave a sales forecast that topped analysts’ estimates, signaling that strong demand for its creative products continues to drive growth, even as the company pushes more into software for businesses.

Revenue in the current quarter will be about $2.42 billion, and profit, excluding some costs, may reach $1.87 a share, the San Jose, California-based company said Thursday in a statement.

$50pm for every single Adobe product is good value if you use a bunch of the apps. And the $10pm Photography plan is particularly good value. A $20pm plan that also included Illustrator would be nice though.

The creative cloud business model is certainly working for them. We have the $10 photography plan for PS an LR and its been great. We don't even use LR option, and have it on 2 PC's. We could not do this on the old Pay R7500 for PS model or whatever it costs.
