Maybe someone could assist here, we have had no intermittent internet access for roughly 6 months, over the last 3 weeks its gotten so bad that the line drops every 10minuts. The tech comes out has a look does his little speed test and things everything is OK.
There has been an outstanding issue on the exchange and pole for so many months and no progress has been made, which has no deteriorated so bad we cant even make phone calls as the line is so noisy.
I have an open call logged 513CNK020115 and nothing is getting done.
I received a sms to say our modem is the issue but this has been tested and changed every time they come, i don't think they understand that the issue is not at our house but on the outside. How does ones get this across to them ?
