My service went down about 10 days ago and was told shortly afterwards that a technician was dispatched only to be immediately undispatched. I have been waiting since and been outright lied to as well by the customer support desk people.
Managed to get hold of a supervisor who promised to call back with an update. I have yet to hear from him either.
Very close to pulling my account and finding a new option.
