ADSL down in Centurion area?

My DSL line as well as a friends DSL line is down at the moment in Centurion area.
Anybody else i the area having the same issues?

My so called 1024kb ADSL is running at <128kb today and since yesterday the connection has been very intermittent.

Tested mine Telkom 512
Dl 128Kbs
Up 9.28 Kbs instead of 256 up and 512 down
