adsl down in parkview jhb area?

My dads adsl router is syncing to his exchange but he is unable to connect (establish pppoe session) to his isp. Is anyone else in the parkview area having any similar issues?

Understand mweb reporting a prob with limited or no connectivity. Limited to Jhb.

I connect through the Orange Grove exchange and am down. The modem syncs, but can't connect. Please get everybody to report the problem and get a reference number to speed up repair.

Actually it's flying. Probably because other people have been kicked off the exchanges.

mine went down at 4pm ish... came back up at around 4:20 but now it is dog slow...

Tekom speed test gives 78kbps...
