My ADSL connectivity is atrocious to say the least. On my 2 Mb/s line it jumps between 0.4 (for extended periods at a time) to a max of 1.75...
--Give the first six digits of our phone number (like 011 425 xxxx)

--ADSL line speed (like 1Mbps, 4Mbps etc)
2Mb/s
--ISP name and account type (like MWEB uncapped)
WebAfrica Home Uncapped
--The time of day when you typically see these problems
