I had Axxess 4mps premier uncapped home ADSL. However, when trying to watch Show Max it "buffers".

I don't have an issue with Axxess but it's just that I can't watch Show Max with their service. I've now gone back to their normal service.

I'm not tech savvy so I am wondering if someone had some advice on what I can do or even change to another better service for my area.

No. Everything was done through Axxess because as soon as I log on all the settings reset.

can you open a command prompt and tracert a local website if possible, if not I might have to come help you

Re settings, we even bought a new modem and that didn't help.

can you post the results?

Seems normal don't see anything alarming, can you try an international site to see if it makes a difference?

Don't see any problems there too so could be a problem with ShowMax themselves.

Very odd. I'm trying to watch a show on Show Max now (SP not even HD), and it's buffering. Did the commands on the Show Max site and all in order. So, I am going to have to email them.

Do you know if Vox Fat Pipe is any good?

Heard good things from them, you should try a trial account and see if it works fine on it.
