WE have the problem that an incoming phone call,knocks out the Wi-Fi Router. This has being going on since April and each time I have logged a fault and Telkom have responded speedily and efficiently. A few days later,the issue starts again and the cycle rolls on. Telkom have appeared to be on the ball,but the itch returns. We have changed the Router (Now Netgear) three times this year.Speeds are at best 5,4Mbps and at evening times down to 3.2Mbps,which is pretty damned dreadful by world standards.I'm retired so my demands are minimal,but dropped lines and low speeds are not what my pension should be buying.
