ADSL Installation and Helpdesk

i had my ADSL line installed, the telkom person told me that the line was now working. But i cannot get my router to work, i asked this person to give me the setting that the router must be configured, to verify my current settings. This person could not, he does not even know what a I.P address is, and yet he is doing ADSL installations.

its now nearly a week later, telkom is billing me for this line, but it did not work from the beginning.

I called the ADSL helpdesk. while holding on, i ran a bath, bathed, got out got dressed, made cofee, drank to cofee and then somebody answered the call only to tell me that they cannot help me. I must report to line faulty. i held on for close to 45 Min (TELKOM YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!)

Why must i report the line faulty if is has not been installed correctly ?????????

I am always trying to view these kind of problems in a neutral way but had enough.

TELKOM YOU ARE F*UCKING USELESS, YOUR TECHNICIANS DOES NOT KNOW THEIR ASS FROM THEIR ELBOW...
