ADSL ISPs suffer at hands of Telkom

And these are people who have probably been dealing with Telkom for a long time. It amazes me that the ISPs have not formed together to take on Telkom from a legal viewpoint for anti-competitive practices.

A complaint has been lodged with the Competition Commission regarding this issue.

Apart from the recent complaint, the Internet Service Providers Association of South Africa (ISPA) has two other complaints pending with the Competitions Authority.

Most of the 'Collective' owns shares in Telkom. Telkom can do what they want and they are doing it.
