ADSL prices in Germany with a 3gb cap.......

When I read this I wanted to start crying. ADSL in germany with a 3gb cap costs 9.8 Euro's. Thats R75 a month and there are no other costs at all.No installation fee, free modem...etc. You pay nothing except R75 a month. I think this includes ISP aswell, not to shure though (((

When I tell my friend in Hong Kong that I am paying R1000 a month for 512K 3GB ADSL, they laughs at me..............for example, they only pay SONY So-Net3M Plan: (256~640Kbps Upload) (3~3.8Mbps Download) UNLIMITED for HKD298 which is abt R250 and no other fees..........that make me sick about Telkom
