I've been with every ISP available to us. Every last one. It's always the same thing. Things start out so awesomely and people sing their praises and go on about the glorious network of said ISP and a year or two later everything goes to ****. Move on to the next ISP, rinse, repeat.

Just stick with Telkom. Trust me.
