[] ADSL speeds seem to be much better. Mail is functioning better and websites seem to load up at decent speed.

Yep - SAT-3 came back on-line late last night / early this morning after nearly 2 weeks of down-time.

This is off the topic but how much of the cap is used per night for say an hours' worth of Battlefield 1942?

The point is that concerning topic relevance, you should have requested gamers who play Battlefield 1942 this question, not via a posting in General discussion, albeit your admission of being off-topic. At the same time, you would be well advised to indicate to other gamers what your own usage is, for mutual gamer discussion - after all, this forum has an underlying ethic of cooperative benefit, and is not a free source of help/support, though members do assist where and when they can...
