Sign up with GoogleADSL Performance is extremely slow on the Westonaria Exchange, to the point where a 4Mb line boils down to 0.3Mb at times. I logged this, even escalated and PM'ed TelkomZA on the forum, but only to be advised that, and I quote:
"I have forwarded your info to the administrators as there is a possible congestion issue on the dslam.
Telkom is in the process of upgrading the congested dslams.
I am sorry to say I do not have the ETR dates etc."
Interesting, cause even though every single other town around Westonaria... i.e. Carletonville, Randfontein etc all already have 10Mb support. And yet this is what the upgrade checker shows:
Any help would really be appreciated Telkom, as this makes it almost impossible to have your business run off a degraded service like this.
