Hey all...has anyone ever complained about any Telkom ad to the Advertising Standards Authority? They do a great job if the complaint is legit.
For example - am I not correct in saying that the claim in Telkoms' latest newspaper ad about "Jack" and their 1024 connection, that one gets 24/7 connection is incorrect due to the resets?
Please could someone confirm this so that I (and anyone else who wishes to do so) can make a submission to the ASA - http://www.asasa.org.za/ConsumerComplaint.aspx
I think we should complain more about their ads IF they are factually incorrect or misleading.
