Advice for Fibre for a single block of 70 flats

Can you kind folks give some advice on whom to use as the installer of our fibre, with reasons please.
The block has 70 flats.
Our considered options are Cybersmart and Octotel.

They pretty much own seapoint fibre. Have a lot of experience with apartment blocks.

Friend has them as his fibre provider in seapoint and is very happy. Installation also went without a hitch.

Then again, at OP. Is that the Cybersmart Light speed Installation? They have seriously good prices.

Not sure how their service is.

When going with Octotel each client can choose their own ISP, isn’t Cybersmart the only ISP on their network?

Octotel. We've got them in our block of flats (21 flats) and they're fine. The biggest advantage is being able to choose our own ISP.
