Africa received a $10bn boost of help to build out its renewable energy sources, with Germany leading the advanced economies in its contribution.

African leaders received a $10bn boost of help to build on their palaces and extravagant life styles. Around 600 million people in Africa will still have no access to electricity.

Oh. I don't know. I know for a fact that Namibia and Germany is planning to build a number of solar plants to make use of their greatest resource - large empty spaces and lots of sunlight. From what I've heard - we'll be buying from them in 5 years.
