Buy a Golf or Beetle or Tazz or something like that for cash while you save for deposit & sort your credit issues out. Thank me later.

By law? What law is this?
They have sorted their stuff out, they won't lend you money!!! Good on them!!!
They only lend to people with a history of paying it back.
Look at it this way, if you lend your friend money and he never pays you back, will you lend him money again? Only an idiot would...

So stop blaming the banks, they're a business, they not there to do you a "favour", learn from this, and don't make the same mistakes again.

The only way this thread could get any more ridiculous is if a balloon payment is mentioned...

Too late, already went for a second hand bmw. Now on top of those ludicrous installments, he'll have to cough up for wear & tear, unexpected maintenance issues, insurance, petrol etc.

This is not going to end well...

@Flame, you seem to have a little temper issue...
All your comments still don't change the fact that you are considered a risk, hence the high interest rate.

I don't know why you even bother coming here and asking questions, it just ends up in a shouting match.

Good Luck!

in my shoes i dont care if i pay R100 000 a month for a car to take me from A TO B...its my money i work for it...so i can do what i want with it...we all differ. I dont believe in saving for future other do.....if i die someone else take my money due i dont have family...so i spend mine every month in my way...thats me. The END!

So that justifies buying a bmw to keep up appearances? Good luck with that.

Stop behaving like a petulant child. You asked for advice, it was given & now you're throwing your toys out of the cot. Clearly you're not capable of making rational decisions & judging by your behaviour, you're an impulsive hot head.

Um, you stated that you skipped payments on a CC! That makes you a risk!
And I never said you a thief, just a risk!

Ah yes, my mistake. Clearly you're looking for validation.

lol..i state a BMW is CHEAPER than toyota...where do u read its for appearance?

That is your opinion not a fact. If you're prepared to pay way over the normal interest rate to get a luxury car, it's clearly for appearances.
