In the past couple of years, Rwayitare has made big investments in SA’s telecom industry. In 2006, Rwayitare’s company, Miko Investment Holdings, acquired a 66% stake in Goal Technology Solutions (GTS), a company that wants to use municipal electricity infrastructure to deliver a “triple-play” of broadband, TV programming and voice telephony to SA consumers.
