AfriForum launches free streaming service

Civil rights group AfriForum has launched its own online video streaming service — AfriForumTV.

The service offers a handful of documentaries, news, current affairs, school sports, podcasts, lifestyle and children's programmes.

It also features general entertainment, such as the newly-released period comedy De Kleine Griet.

I would think that as a staff member you would have liberally sprinkled 'so called' and 'allegedly' throughout your article.

2/10.

You can do better.

Good timing though IMO. Having kids programs that don't involve the grooming of children is a win in my book.
True, the crap that gets sold on Nickelodeon and kie as children TV is horse manure. Having its roots in politics have me a little bit wary, but at least the kids will hopefully grow up as uncorrupted politicians (I think I just invented another oxymoron)

The kids TV is going to be a rebroadcast of the 70s and 80s I'm afraid, unless they have a serious budget. We'll I watched kids TV in the 80s and I turned out OK... Ish... I think lol

I get what they are doing, or endeavour to achieve, but they don’t have a niche product, streaming is a broad product, their medium, the language, is a niche, but their market is broad within which they want to target a niche audience. I am sorry to say, but even a ‘minority product’ needs to target the larger market. Good luck, I like to be surprised.
