I pray that they operate as seperate entities. Because of Afrihost's stupid, backward policies I have never been able to use any of their services. Looking back, it was a blessing in disguise. Luv the service from Axxess and don't feel like changing...

I am more than Happy with Axxess. never had any issues since i moved across to them.
i get my low latency when playing on-line games and that is all i need.

I've been with Axxess about a year. I like their online payment option, no debit orders, and just month to month, and I can alter how many GBs I want for that month, and can top up if I run short. I cant really comment on their service because I've only spoken to them about twice, I've had no need!
I'm on the R19/GB and use a web based mail, google, suits me fine. I'm certainly much happier here than I was with my previous ISP Cybersmart, didn't like Vialkov much either
