Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the Total account data reset every month? I started the month with around 175Gb and I received a 50% alert when I hit 150Gb since they are based on the incorrect figure. Logged a ticket but I was told it was always like that. Maybe I didn't notice it, but its just wrong.

Remember that on Capped DSL you will also have rollover data. While you might not have any data available from that amount, it will still be reflected in the total. Utlimately your data remaining should be a reliable figure though, that's directly from our data management system, so in theory there should be no conflict.
