Afrihost Fibre 100Mb/s is a Hoax

@Clean Green @MavChat @Mzezman done. CAT7 cable from LAN 1 to ONT. CAT7 cable from LAN2 to laptop. Laptop WiFi switched off. Screenshot attached - no internet connection.
@Aghori thank you for your contribution. 8554 unresolved reviews on Hellopeter at a score of 1.49, and a 1.5 score on Trustpilot suggests that your statement 'Nothing wrong with Afrihost' might not be accurate. I'll stick to following the support from helpful members thank you 'bro'.
On your laptop press the following on your keyboard after you have plugged in the cable from your laptop to the router.

WIN+R (Hold down Windows button and press R)

Then type:

ncpa.cpl and press enter.

Does your ethernet connection show that it is plugged in?

@Clean Green @Mzezman @MavChat
Airplane mode was never on. Ethernet showing 'not connected'. But cable is definitely plugged in. And when I take the same cable and use it to connect ONT to Router, it works. So no cable fault. Previous URL for 'speeedtest.net' was a typo, yes, but was not relevant, since bottom right shows there is no internet connection. Network status also attached FYI. Maybe a faulty LAN port on the laptop? So I try another laptop which I know has a working LAN port. And the issue is the same as attached screenshots

Take pictures of how your cable connections go?

Sounds like the LAN ports on the router might be switched off?

When you are on WiFi do you have access to the router configuration page?

When I'm connected from ONT to LAN port on router, wifi works.

There is your problem. You are plugging the cable from the computer to the ONT. You need to connect it to the Wi-Fi router.

The ports on the ONT are disabled except for port 1

Your cable from your laptop should be into the router LAN 2 not into the ONT

Yeah you have it plugged into the wrong device.

The cable from the laptop needs to go into port 2 of the huawei router with the antennae

He has that sorted, he has the laptop ethernet cable going to 2nd port on ONT when it should be on LAN 2 on the router
We await the speed tests...

...Unless he has static IP configured on some other range.
