You are CPU limited, look at your CPU at 100%

That CPU usage is super high for a 100mbps test and that Ping is horrid.

This points to a line issue / congestion looks like

Your ISP appears to be "Heficed", and not Afrihost direct. It looks to be a 50/50 line from those Speedtests.

I also see that you are using a VPN. That can cause the issues you are experiencing.

I don't control that. That's what I started getting occasionally on speedtests about 3 days ago. But it doesn't appear on every speedtest. Afrihost has been the only ISP into this household since 2019. I'm logged into my mother's Afrihost account. How Heficed is showing, I don't know
