You will need to disable the eSim on your old phone - an eSim can by design only be linked to one phone at a time.@AfriNatic @Afrigirl I've just purchased a new iPhone 15 but having difficulty transferring my AirMobile eSIM from my old iPhone 13 to my new iPhone 15.
I have tried scanning the QR code on the new iPhone while the eSIM is active in the old one. This failed. Then I tried turning off the eSIM in the old iPhone and trying the process again, which also failed.
I'm scared to delete the eSIM entirely because what if I can't add it back? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Then Afrihost needs to send you a new activation code, which you register on your new phone as normal.
