The 10Mbps, 40Mbps was when Band on Auto and had FULL signal LTE + sign ..

But yes Thanks Looks fixed so far.. Took you only 10 min to fix my problem
and Whatsapp Support takes 5 days and just give ref nr. bla bla bla..

Afrihost!!!

I have been patience for more then 5 days, Reporting 4x times on Whatsapp already about my Fixed LTE is Throttle to 4Mbps for no reason. They keep getting the same ref and nothing gets better..

Make yourself ready for years with no solution. The feedback will be that the tower is oversubscribed and to report it to MTN will make no difference and monthly you will have your debit order taken down by Afrihost like simply nothing is going wrong. Best time to work on Afrihost LTE is between 01:00 am and 6:00 am then you get "normal" speeds. They simply do not care and have no relationship with MTN whatsoever other than reselling oversubscribed services.

Afrihost I try to order purelte from website but am not receiving any email. Your WhatsApp people not helping neither

I think Afrihost have some form of relationship with MTN, through their "Air Mobile" network they setup to provision MTN SIMs (for both mobile & fixed LTE - don't know about the 5G).

Unlike Telkom LTE, whereby my understanding is that's 100% as you describe - they literally resell Telkom SIMs which don't touch their Air Mobile network.

Obviously they'd need to confirm all the above.

[I agree with you that they don't care (for the customer) if it works or not.
Going back about 4 to 5 years, I used MTN fixed through Afrihost and it was perfect for a time (45 Mbps down & up), but when I started experiencing regular, daily disconnects, there was no solution provided after I filled in an MTN questionnaire, so after 2 (more) weeks, I cancelled the service.]
